How it is made
What our cork surface is
Our cork surfaces are cork sheets laminated onto a fabric backing. On phone cases the cork forms the back panel, held by a TPU and PC frame. Our cork is imported and made into sheets by our material supplier in China. The TPU and PC frames come from our partner suppliers. We cut the leather or cork, apply it to the frame and finish every case in our factory in Dongguan.

From bark to sheet
How our cork sheets are made
Our cork is imported and made into the thin, flexible sheets we use on cases and card holders in four steps.
01Bark
Cork is the outer bark of the cork oak. It is stripped from the tree by hand.
02Granules and blocks
The bark is ground into granules, mixed with a binder and pressed into solid blocks.
03Thin sheets
The blocks are sliced into thin, even sheets that keep the cork texture, then rolled.
04Fabric backing
Each sheet is laminated onto fabric for strength and flexibility, ready for printing and cutting.

What buyers ask about cork
Where does your cork come from
Our cork is imported and made into sheets by our material supplier in China. Our cork surfaces are cork sheets laminated onto a fabric backing. On phone cases the cork forms the back panel, held by a TPU and PC frame.
What is your minimum order quantity
50 pieces per style, and you can mix colours or prints of the same style to reach them. For new designs that need their own tooling, we confirm the minimum in your quote.
Do your magnetic card holders work on phones without magnets
Yes. Our magnetic card holders attach directly to iPhone models with MagSafe. For phones without built-in magnets, such as many Android phones, tell us and we include a magnetic ring free of charge. Standard rings carry the Denior logo; rings with your logo cost US$0.18 each, from 1,000 pieces.
Will you sell our design to other customers
No. Designs, artwork and tooling that you provide or pay for are produced only for you, and we sign an NNN agreement on request. Designs from our own catalog are not exclusive unless we agree otherwise.
