Leather and PU are die-cut on cutting presses.

Stitching
Computer pattern sewing machines stitch along programmed paths.

Pressing and logo stamping
Parts are pressed and logos hot-stamped in house.

Magnet assembly
Magnetic rings are fitted by hand on a clean bench.

Glue dispensing
Automatic dispensing lays an even line of adhesive on jigs.

Prints and product images are prepared in our design office.
