What we collect and why

When you send an inquiry we receive the details you enter: name, company, email, phone or WhatsApp number if given, country, business type, the products and quantities you ask about and your message, together with the site language and the page you sent it from. We use them only to answer your inquiry and to prepare a quote, samples and an order with you.

How your inquiry reaches us

The inquiry form sends your details directly to our own customer management system, on a server we operate at Alibaba Cloud in mainland China. Only Denior staff who handle inquiries can see them. Your IP address and browser identification are used only at that moment, to block automated or repeated submissions, and are not stored with your inquiry. If online sending fails, the form offers to send the same text by email or WhatsApp instead; nothing is sent until you choose to.

Your inquiry list

The models you add to your inquiry list are stored only in your own browser until you send the form. We do not see the list before you send it.

Cookies and visitor statistics

This site does not set cookies and stores nothing in your browser for statistics. To see which pages and products are of interest, each page you open and each inquiry button you use (adding a model to the inquiry list, preparing the inquiry, the WhatsApp or email link) sends a short record to our own server: the page, the site language, the model shown, whether you use a phone, tablet or computer, and, for the first page of a visit, the website you came from and any campaign tags in the link. The record contains no name, email, inquiry text or other content you type.

Our server also receives your IP address and browser identification, as with any web request. We use them only at that moment, to look up your country, to count a visitor once per day with an anonymous code that changes every day, and to block automated floods. We do not store the IP address or the browser identification. The records are kept for 400 days.

The server is operated by us at Alibaba Cloud in mainland China. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, no record is sent. Country data: IP Geolocation by DB-IP.

• WhatsApp, if you choose to contact us there (Meta Platforms)

• Visitor statistics: our own server at Alibaba Cloud, mainland China (no third-party analytics service)

How long we keep it

To be confirmed. We keep inquiry details only as long as needed to answer you and to meet legal record-keeping duties.
