Your designs stay yours
Brands worry that a factory will sell their design to someone else. Here is exactly what we promise, and what we put in writing.
Your designs are only for you
Designs, drawings, artwork and samples that you provide are used only to make your order. We do not show them to other buyers or put them in our catalog.
Tooling you pay for stays yours
Moulds and dies made for your design are used only for your products. Ownership is written into your contract.
No selling on the side
We do not sell products made to your design through any other channel, including our own brand and online marketplaces.
Contracts on request
We sign an NNN agreement (non-use, non-disclosure, non-circumvention) before you send your design if you ask for one.
What is not exclusive
Designs from our own catalog (ODM) are available to other buyers. If you want a catalog design only for your market or for a period of time, tell us and we agree the terms in writing.
Why an NNN agreement
For manufacturing in China, many brands use an NNN agreement written under Chinese law, because it can be enforced in Chinese courts. We are happy to sign yours or work from a template you trust.
